They are at equal distance, 10 to 20 kms is with 15mns in the car of the beaches and coasts:
- of Granite Pink (Perros guirec, Ploumanach...) will offer to you an imposing spectacle with its landscapes carved by the tides, you will be able to visit in boat of the reserve of the seven islands or to walk you along the coastguard path...
- of Goëlo will make you discover the sea as far as the eye can see top of its cliffs, you will be able to visit the center of the alga, the abbey of Beauport, the Port of Paimpol, to go along the furrow of Talbert(le alone to Europe) or to admire the imposing spectacle which the island of Brehat will offer to you...

These recent joint residences can receive four to five people. For more people it is possible to rent several residences.
On the floor, there are 2 rooms with 2 beds double and an auxiliary bed.
With rez of roadway it y a: a bathroom with a washing machine; toilets; a living room-stay with television, reader DVD, reader CD and a chimney for two of them; a corner entirely cooks equipped for six people with plates vitroceramics, coffee machine, micro wave etc... On request, we place at your disposal of the material for baby (small chair, reads, bath-tub).
The material and the products necéssaires with maintenance are provided. Only cloths, bathroom linen and household linen are to be provided by your care (or to rent on the spot by making some the request at the time of the reservation).
Each housing has a terrace equipped with a living room with garden, counts, chairs, relaxed, parasol and barbecue into hard and of a privative lawn of approximately 50m2.
Only, the private carpark is common to three residences.

Diese neuen gemeinsamen Wohnungen können vier bis fünf Personen erhalten.
Für mehr Personen ist es möglich, mehrere Wohnungen zu mieten.
Am Stockwerk gibt es 2 Zimmer mit 2 doppelten Betten und einem Zusatzbett. An Niveau eine Fahrbahn hat er dort: ein Bad mit einer zu waschenden Maschine; Toiletten; ein Salon-Aufenthalt mit Fernsehen, Leser DVD, Leser CD und ein Schornstein für zwei unter ihnen; eine Ecke kocht völlig ausgestattet für sechs Personen mit glaskeramischen Platten, Kaffeemaschine, Welle usw....
auf einfachen Antrag hin, wir stellen sie Material für Baby zur Verfügung (kleiner Stuhl liest, Badewanne).
Das Material und die Produkte necéssaires an der Wartung werden geliefert. Einzig sind die Tücher, Toilettenleinen und Hausleinen, durch Ihre Pflege zu liefern (oder zu mieten vor Ort, indem man davon den Antrag bei der Reservierung macht).
Jede Wohnung verfügt über eine Terrasse, die mit einem Gartensalon, Tafel, Stühlen, relax, Sonnenschirm und hartem Grill in und eines privativen Rasens ungefähr 50m2 ausgestattet wurde. Einzig ist der private Parkplatz drei Wohnungen gemeinsam.
